Partners

Monthly partnerships

One senior creative on your team, every month, at a rate no freelancer quote will match. Priority scheduling, a 24-hour response, and one person who knows your brand cold.

The maths

Stop paying freelance rates for work you need every month.

Ad-hoc work is R650 an hour and it queues behind everyone else. A partnership buys the hours in advance at up to 26% less, puts you at the front of the diary, and removes the briefing tax of re-explaining your brand every time.

What a month looks like

Thirty hours, three ways.

Every partner uses their hours differently. These are real shapes, not menus. We agree the split each month and I report the hours as we go.

The growing brand

A product or hospitality business that needs to look consistent everywhere, every week.

  • Social content and reels14 h
  • Website updates and landing pages8 h
  • Print, packaging, menus5 h
  • Strategy check-in3 h

The launch

A campaign, a product, a new market. One month to land it properly.

  • Landing page design and build10 h

  • Email templates3 h

The agency partner

A studio or agency that needs a senior pair of hands it can hand off to without hand-holding.

The deal

Simple terms. No surprises.

  • Front of the diary. Partners get priority scheduling over every ad-hoc project.
  • 24-hour response. Guaranteed, every working day.
  • No handovers. One senior creative, start to finish. Nothing gets lost between people.
  • Invoiced ahead. On the 20th, payable by the 25th, for the month to come.
  • Hours per calendar month. They don't roll over unless we agree it in writing. Over the limit is billed at R650 an hour.
  • Thirty days' notice. To end, in writing. No lock-in beyond that.

Questions partners ask

Do unused hours roll over?

Not by default. Hours are allocated per calendar month so I can keep the diary honest for every partner. If you know a quiet month is coming we can agree a rollover in writing beforehand.

What happens if we need more than the hours?

You get the work. Anything over the monthly limit is billed at the standard R650 an hour, and I will flag it before we cross the line, not after.

Can we change tier?

Yes, month to month. Tell me before the 20th and the next invoice reflects it.

How do you handle leave?

You get dates well ahead, and hours are pro-rated or shifted so you never pay for a week I am not working.

Is there a minimum term?

No. The commitment is one month at a time with thirty days' written notice to end. Partners tend to stay because the work gets better as I get deeper into the brand, not because a contract makes them.

Can an agency white-label this?

Yes. Agency overflow is a big part of what I do. Your client, your name on it, my hands on the work.

Fewer invoices.
Better work.

Tell me what a month needs to move. I'll come back with the split and the number.
